Milton Avenue Sign at Last!
We have at last got a 'Milton Avenue' sign near the 'Bob' shop! I didn't even notice that there wasn't one, until I wanted a photo of it to put in the 'header' on this website - after all, when you actually live in Milton Avenue, you don't really look for it.....
A telephone call to Ryedale District Council "How does an Ambulance or Fire Engine find us quickly in an emergency - not to mention delivery drivers or visitors to the area. Can we have a sign please."

Tips....
It may be handy to have a camera set up outside your house as added security. They are pretty cheap at about £15 - £20 on offer every now and then at Netto. They are weather proof and just plug into the back of your TV via a scart plug.
Another idea would be to buy a camera and recorder for use by residents if they are having nuisance problems (for example) - just a thought for the future....
